Our Story

We’ve loved every minute of the journey

Why Us?

Finding a massage therapist can be hit and miss for the client. Every therapist is different... style, technique, comfort level, etc.

Our goal is to be that "awesome" fit with you. Every session is custom tailored with you, working to achieve your goals for the short and long-term.

Our mission is to listen to our clients, working with their best interests in mind: in order to alleviate pain, stress, and bring effective change to the body and relaxation to the mind.

About Us

Carrie Heymann graduated from the Healing Arts Center located in St. Louis MO. It is the oldest massage therapy school in the St. Louis region, and is greatly respected throughout the industry.

Carrie's massage is not just one technique, but consists of a blend of different techniques based upon the individual needs and goals of the client. It truly is designed specifically for each person. Carrie is known for "detailing," which means that she takes the time to work the muscles individually, as well as the whole region. This type of work takes time and patience, but you leave not feeling as if you received a "once over." She will work with you to set goals not only for that session, but for short and long term as well.

In her own words:

"I have been interested in massage since I was 19 years old, but life sent me down many different roads. I finally found my way to massage school, and found my greatest gift. Massage is not my only gift, but it is the best gift I can give to the world. I truly "hear" with my hands (and even my elbows). It is the best feeling when I have a client leave a session feeling and moving so much better.

Massage Therapists are not healers, but we do help facilitate healing. The body wants to heal itself, and just needs a little help sometimes.

I love working the whole body, but I "specialize" in neck, shoulder, low back and hips. My clients tell me that I have found my calling, and I have."

Massage therapy is my passion. I am blessed enough to do what I love for a living. I became a massage therapist to help people feel better. I want my clients to walk away not only feeling better, I want them to walk away with tangible, functional results. I take pride in being able to customize the massage to each individual. I have worked in hospital, spa, in home and hospice environments. I have experience and enjoy working with different conditions such as Parkinson’s, Cerebral Palsy, frozen shoulder, post-surgery rehab of knees and shoulders, ALS, cancer and others. I enjoy working in conjunction with other healthcare professionals to give my patients the best results possible.

Continuing my education is important to me. Courses I am certified in include: Deep tissue, Myofascial Release I, Lymphatic Drainage I, Sports Massage, Advance lower back technique, Pin and Move/Activated Release, CPR/fist aid, Reiki I-III and other energy work modalities

Born and raised in St. Louis, I attended Francis Howell High School and graduated Arkansas Therapeutic Massage Institute and Spa in 2014. With focus on orthopedic stretching and working in Physical Therapy, Chiropractic and Spa environments. I strive for individual results through massage with active and passive stretching techniques. Massage is my passion because I believe in the power of touch and the body’s ability to heal itself with holistic therapies.
